cache proxy

hallooo rekan2 semua
  mau tanya nich, gimana caranya buat cache_dir untuk squid jika pake  
directori /home/squid/cache, adacommand tambahannya ga selain  mkdir.soalnya 
saya pake defaulnya ga jalan nich.
