Change in Admin position

Hi All,
 
I have an update to the System Admin position I sent last week. I am
looking for someone who is strong in MS Exchange 2003 first, then they
will need the Sharepoint. I am open to ideas regarding hours, working
remotely, etc. Let me know if you'd like more details. Thanks all!
