I was going from C# to VB and I used http://www.developerfusion.com/utilities/convertvbtocsharp.aspx My needs were pretty simple at the time, I had 5 classes that I wanted to convert. This got me 95% of the way there. A handful of changes per class and my unit tests were all green.
