Xceed FTP

Hey guys,  

Is there anyone out there who has worked with the Xceed FTP for .NET 
component?  All I'm trying to do is FTP a single file 
programmatically and get a return code that indicates that the 
transfer was successful.  Has anyone done this?

Xceed's documentation is abysmal and WAY to complicated for simple 
operations (if it exists at all).
