I might have to disagree with you on this one Stuart. Granted, the converters are not set up to flip the switch and just go, because apparently, there are some situations (using collections comes to mind) where a converter can't tell which way to translate the code (and it took me a little bit of fiddling to get that particular VB->C# one to work). But, if you have been doing TDD, and if you're not dealing with poor code (I'm currently trying to refactor a 1200 line procedure, so I'm really sensitive to code quality right now), the converters will get you a decent hunk of the way there.
