Mas Bima, aku jadi ngga sabar pengen baca e-book nya nih tapi aku bisa
ngerti banget kalau saat disertasi mu lebih penting apalagi kalau Rifki
San selalu menggoda. Mudah-mudahan cepet rampung disertasinya dan kita
bisa segera baca handbooknya.-im

Dengan senang hati, memang e-book yg berisi Blueprint Corps, The
Comprehension of Menwa Handbook akan saya luncurkan. Ide awalnya untuk
memberikan manual bagi DanYon dan Staff Yon 1 untuk mekakukan pembinaan
satuan dengan berfokus pada 3 aspek mendasar tersebut (core competency,
system & organisasi, human economic value added. Manual ini akan menjadi
pegangan dan akan terus diperbaharui sesuai dengan tuntutan
stakeholders. Saya terinspirasi menulis buku ini setelah melihat
senior-2 tua yg turun gunung untuk membangkitkan Roh Mahawarman Yon 1
dan juga diskusi terakhir dengan Komodo Rifki San. Target akhir tahun
akan saya berikan ke DanYon & Staff, sekarang masih fokus disertasiku yg
belum rampung....malu sama Rifki San yang udah lulus duluan. Demikian
sekilas info.
