Can not connect to server since last outage: msg#00000

Since the last outage at the server my seti client will not connect. I have stopped it and restarted it and it still does not connect to the server to get work (I have verified it does to connect using iptrace). Anyone know where to kick this so it will connect to the server? -- Robert Blair
