Bug: gd:when Element does not behave as it should

Hello again.

Today we look at the <gd:when> element. My all-day events seem to keep
moving back, here is why. According to the documentation, one day, all
day events should be posted as:

<gd:when startTime="2006-09-02"/>

Now if I do so, the gd:when element in the response looks as follows:

<gd:when startTime='2006-09-01' endTime='2006-09-02'><gd:reminder
minutes='10'></gd:reminder></gd:when>

This is definatly not expected behavior. Please patch this soon. Note
this happens on both default calendar and other calendars.
