The code works fine, and is compilable under .NET 2.0 framework. It just is not compilable under the compact version of the framework. The CF is missing (justifiable or not) a lot of functionallity, and that needs to be replace/changed. 

Example: there is no cookie container class, so i would have to implement cookie handling myself. Work that needs to be done...

I am very new to C# programming. I just started to get the
GoogleCalender to sync with my MobileOutlook and the other way around.

I havent gotten it working so far, but from what i understand here, i
will not be able to get it running, because the dlls dont work with
.net2 ?

I realy would like to have a synching tool, so if you are making a
working conversion for WM5 i would also be very happy to see that
aswell.
