We have some limits (mostly to prevent spamming) on how much data can
be added for a user in a day.  Generally, in normal usage, there is no
way you should be hitting these limits -- can you tell us a bit more
about what you are trying to do so we can figure out what is going on
here?

Its one of those "quotas you should never have to worry about" and if
you are worried, something is probably going wrong (or we need to tweak
our numbers a bit).
