What does -08:00 Mean in xs:dateTime: msg#00209org.google.api.calendar
The documentation: http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/common-elements.html#gdWhen says I do this for a one-hour meeting: <gd:when startTime="2005-06-06T17:00:00-08:00" endTime="2005-06-06T18:00:00-08:00"/> I'm just curious what the -08:00 means? It doesn't seem to say anywhere? Can't I just give it the time? Thanks, Greg |
