I agree Ciaran.  Be passing a consistent and coherent message outwards
people will at least have the option of empowering information.  It's
easy for extreme statements to be made in a negative or positive way.
It's far more difficult to foster a dialog.

One good thing I have noted is that people don't usually like the
ramifications of DRM.  I believe that - in the long-term - we can make a
real difference by helping people explore their unease and solidify
their feelings regarding unfair technology.
