EXT_SNOOP: (counter: all)
External snoops (min count: 500)
Unit masks (default 0x3)

0x00: bus: this agent
0x10: bus: include all agents
0x01: snoop: CMP2I snoops
0x02: snoop: CMP2S snoops
CMP2I seems to make no sense for this event. The
documentation (Table 18-11 vol3b) specifies a different
set of unit masks.
0x80: HITM
0x20: HIT
0x10: CLEAN
