STM Interface COnfiguration

Hello Guys, 
I am trying to configure a clear STM1 interface in a Cisco Router to talk to a 
Juniper Router, I can see the COntroller in my Cisco router, But I am stucked 
from here. I would be Glad if any one can help me out by providing a Sample 
Configuration guide.
