flat xml filters for writer and calc

Hi,

I'm trying to save and load again OOo docs of type writer and calc.

Using the xslt below a writer doc look good, I think there is nothing
missing. But macros are lost.

What has to be added to have really complete docs including anything
that would be saved to .sxw or .sxc?
