Slow opening

Hi!

First, thanks for the excellent OOo and for keepin it free

Just wanted to say that if theres one thing to work on, it's the opening speed 
of Writer and Impress.
And also the absence of the submenu option : "show" for presentations; allowing 
to show it without running the program.
