testtool on Mac OSX

Hi everyone :)

I'm now going through the release-sanity tests for Mac OSX, but I'm  
stuck when it coms to the automation tests.

How do I run testtool on Mac OSX (Intel)?

Sorry if this info has been mentioned before: this whole process is  
new to me, and that means I'm not able to take in much at a time. I  
have to go over it again and again before it actually makes any  
sense. If I get that far. :(
