Interesting... it *should* find the receipt for your ruby installation,
and thus not install ruby. AFAIK, this behavior has not changed
recently... someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It works; it just isn't correct.
Really? Then why does it keep trying to build and install Ruby
regardless of the fact that I have it installed from DP??? I'm trying
to understand when/why this behavior changed. Like I stated before, I
have never had a problem until recently.
