CVS commit RSS feed

Hi,

We've set up CIA (http://cia.navi.cx/). For you RSS users, the feed is 
available at http://cia.navi.cx/stats/project/darwinports/.rss
The commits are also announced on IRC. Brief messages in #opendarwin, 
and the complete commits in #commits. Sadly, the CIA-3 bot does not 
woot!
