recalling a "discussion" on darwinports@ from a few weeks ago (talking
about the myODBC and MyODBC mess), we concluded that it makes no sense
at all having two ports share the same name, with different cases,
since that is just calling for trouble on case-insensitive filesystems
(as hfs+ can be under certain circumstances).
