openbsd_i386/laptop: toshiba satellite 4200

Model: Toshiba Satellite 4200 series

Notes:  tested openbsds: 3.2/3.3 GENERIC
        apm -z works if no pcmcia card is present (console and x)
        xfree 4.2.1 works fine with vesa driver: 800x600/24
        pcmcia works(tested with wi0, ne3, wd1) card/cardbus not tested
        sound (yds0) works fine
        internal winmodem does not work
        usbhid mouse works but some problems supend/sleep with xfree
        mobile phone gprs works with serial cabel
        no irda support
        halt -p works doesnt work neither with machdep.apmhalt=0 nor 1
