ATTENTION INFORMATION SECURITY VENDOR

Technology Evaluation Centers Inc. began a coop program to help Information
Security Software Vendors know who's looking for What? When? and the budget
on hand. We launched our ERP Centres on April 1, 2002 and have had over
10,000 IT Users thus far. We now have 35 ERP discrete and 10 process ERP
Vendors participating.

First and foremost we build decision support systems for the top 5
consultant firms and hundreds of smaller ones. Based on a PWC research we
decided to build our first tool (ERP) specifically for IT Decision Makers.
It comes with fully vetted ranked and rated Knowledge Bases.
They are now asking for an Information Security knowledge base.

To attract users in point specific verticals we have partnered with vertical
trade publications. I.E. Advanced manufacturing, Plant & Engineering
Maintenance, Industry week and Computerworld. We build them Co-branded RFI
Centres, and they promote their readers to their website to conduct high
level research and selections.

To make a long story short the program is a huge success and we would like
to have you in our Knowledgebase. The bottom-line is we can make your year a
very profitable one.

All of our participating vendors are experiencing that TEC NETWORK is a very
profitable marketing tool, I know it would be the same for you, shall you
take advantage of it?

We have an RFI ready to be sent upon your request, it is absolutely FREE to
benefit from this exposure to over 10 000 Users in the buying process using
our WEBTESS tool. The only thing is that we need to know who to send it to
and who is responsible for completing this RFI.

Best Regards,
