Dead links in cvsweb

Hi again,

as I wrote to beck@ over a month ago, the cgi-bin/cvsweb page contains
two dead links.

Zeller's CVSweb distribution site is dead,
as well as
zeller@xxxxxxxx does not exist anymore.
