I will update when we've decided how handle c-client. if you feel like
updating your patches to include kerberos in the meantime, that would be
nice. do not add new feature, such as PASSFILE and smime, while update -
I'll consider them separately.

I'm maintaining imap-uw so it seems apropriate I'll do pine & c-client as
well.
