suggestion for INSTALL.alpha

Hi,

Recently I got a DEC 3000/300x machine.  At first, I couldn't get the
machine to boot over the network.  It appears that you need to add
        always-reply-rfc1048 on;
to the dhcpd.conf file.  Without this option, the DEC refuses to load
the netboot file with tftp.  With this option, it works like a charm.

It might help others if this is mentioned in the INSTALL.alpha file.
