Ethernet simulation driver for VME bus

Hi, All:

Is there an ethernet simulation driver for VME bus?
The closest one I found is the hhnet driver from monta vista which
simulate ethernet if across compact PCI bus.

I am looking for support for the Tundra universe II PCI-VME bridge for
the driver.
