Re: Cisco LMC-352

The card only goes in one way from what I can tell.  The lap does recognize it 
properly, but while
the card is inserted everything is extremely sluggish, and the problem can be 
immediately remedied
by ejecting the card.  I've tried to update the firmware, but I can't get far 
enough before the
computer becomes unusably slow.  Cisco can't find anything when I give them the 
serial number, so
I'm not sure who else I can get help from.

Does Your Lap see it at all? If not try flipping the card over.
Try updating the firmware.
In as much as you are going to get a new pigtail anyway. just go mmcx to N.
