Re: Unix freeware? And WiFi Video or VOIP?: msg#00148network.wireless.seattle.general
No, he doesn't. He is constantly looking for free advice from people who normally charge for it. Not to put too fine a point on it, but I (and quite a few others whom I have spoken with) am tired of the constant "Please advise" on topics not related to COMMUNITY wireless networking. People do tend to get a little off topic sometimes on talk@, but there are some users who have shown next to no interest in the goals of SWN and instead use the list to try and solicit free information, often for what are obviously commercial purposes. The vast majority of the time, this information can be found on the Wiki or via a quick Google search. If you continually refuse to exert even a modicum of effort to help yourself, don't expect others to gladly do so. -Daniel Marsh ----- Original Message ----- From: "C.J.
