I'm sorry I just don't know of any. However Mikrotik's RouterOS is pretty
easy to setup though and requires much less in a platform. I'm no Linux head
and I had no problem setting mine up.

Subject: Open Source captive portal - under Windows XP?

Greetings:
Can you suggest an Open Source captive portal - under Windows XP?

NoCat is what you want it sounds like. http://nocat.net

There are several options out there. If you want something that is turnkey

very reliable and also very inexpensive (less than $100), I would recommend
Mikrotik at www.mikrotik.com. Some people in the free wireless community
seem to have an aversion to paying anything though, so if that's your
preference check out Nocat. Expect to spend more time setting it up though.
My time is valuable to me so I bought the Mikrotik setup a year ago and it
s been rock-solid. I installed it on an old compaq deskprp P-350.
