Re: USB Client which will accept an external antenna?: msg#00105network.wireless.seattle.general
How about an engenius / senao. around $70.00 with shipping. they are 200mw units. or Robanton which has a hackable external antenna. about $43.00 with shipping. or ... A cheap trick I have used to improve a marginal signal is to set up a reflector. I use an aluminum Wok lid. Is there a USB Client product which I can add an external antenna to? My hope is to run a 10' USB line from the back of his system to the USB/Client Card and from there a 5' pigtail to a cantenna which then ought to be in line-of-sight. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
