orinoco authentication

Hi,
I am using orinoco 2500 and tying to do EWS authentication. I created a page 
in php and xml. User information is stored in the database.
I don't know how to talk to orinoco from the web page. I read the 
documentation but understand very little.
Can any one give me a basic html for EWS authentication HTML?
