Re: OT - billing rates for network/desktop support

Huge Range Depending on the Type of Client.  This is a
collection of rates I am getting from 5-6 different
techs.

Network Services (Unix & Windows)
Medical Facililties & Insurance $105-135
Schools $55-$85
Non-Profits $50-$80
General Business $80-$120

If companies have contracts for support they are on
the low side.  If it is non-contracted support it can
be on the high side.
