Email Problems

Hi All,

If anyone tried to email me directly since Sunday night NZ time, please
resend you messages as we have had major mailing server problems.  I've lost
any messages over the last couple of days.  If your just sent to the mailing
list, then I'll read it from there, just resend those messages sent to me
directly.
