The codepages cp1251 (windows russian cp), koi8-r (Unix russian), cp866 (DOS
& filesystem russian) must be related to keymap-ru. As for other locales,
I"ll try to help with plesure but I'm not so strong in Linux codepages. But
my Unix-administrator will return from the rest in 3 weeks and I'll ask him
to help us.
