Who's who on Thinstation: msg#00045network.thinstation.devel
Hi all you thinstation users. There seems to consistenly be confusion who's who on this project. Please let me try to clear this up. The core group of Thinstation consists at the time being of three persons (this may change/expand any time): Miles ROPER: Miles is the head developer of Thinstation. Miles does most of the programming (but contributions are *most* welcome!). Miles makes the final call to add/reject features in TS. Paolo SILVAN: Paolo is the web-master of the TS project. Even more important, Paolo does the Windows-only CD/net-image of TS. He is the guy to contact on these items. He's a mean beta tester too. Mike ERIKSEN: That's me :-) Please don't confuse me with Miles. Miles and Mike isn't really *that* similar names! I scout the maling lists for useful stuff to the FAQ and try to convice clever people to contribute guides and how-to's to the benefit of all of us. I don't do any programming on this project. This credit belongs to Miles. I do a bit of beta testing as well. Please read the docs at http://thinstation.sf.net/docs.html and http://thinstation.sourceforge.net/authors.html Mike -- Thinstation FAQ maintainer http://thinstation.sourceforge.net - a light, full featured linux based thin client OS |
