Found a bug with 2.0.1rc1

Hi All,

A nice bug I introduced when trying to backport a patch.  It now deletes all
pkg files after its built them.  Dolt!

To fix, find function remove_files in the build script and delete the bit
where it deletes the files in the PKG directory.
