I'm interested in such abilities of syndication formats too. There're 2 modules
described on purl.org -- Events and Streaming (or something like that).
Unfortunately, they both have huge problems:
1) Events module doesn't support time -- only date;
2) Streaming module is oriented on streaming content;
3) They both are not supported by any existing aggregator.

I'm working on the proposal of schedule module. But there's the same problem --
who'll support it?
