Yes, in private conversation with Mr. Bowman it seems that he wants
to have the illusion of single URI for a universal service doc for
everyone in a multi-user system, and do personalization tricks with
content-location and conneg. I suppose this could be done, but it
feels weird to me; I assume that most blogging engines out there will
have custom-generated service docs per user. I'd be upset if APP
ruled out what he's trying to do (and I don't think it does) but it
would be inappropriate to wire in special support for it. -Tim
