Yes, I pull the ID and the edit-URI out and blast a modified version
of the original I posted, with the right ID, via PUT. I suppose I'm
violating a SHOULD in that I'm not preserving server-generated
foreign markup, but for the purposes of the Ape it seems to work
fine. I suppose it would be an improvement if I fetched the entry
before updating it, although I'd be surprised if the difference was
material to the Ape. -Tim
