It occurs to me that I should clarify how this is different than the
prior thread where I asked about Docbook with APP (thanks for the many
insights on that). I'd like to upload content which refers to images,
the PageCompoundEntries document refers to a content id (cid:) field
thats being set. It's a little vague however on who gets to specify the
Content ID.
The example seems to indicate that the POST will specify Content ID's
and link to them in the atom entry, but I don't see how it knows in
advance that the Content ID isn't used already. How are the existing
implementations handling the Content ID bit?
