Thank you for your decision to read my mail, which of course I know, we never 
had any previous correspondence. I decided to contact you regarding a sensitive 
and confidential business proposition that of course would be of mutual benefit 
to the both of us. First of all I will introduce myself as, Mr. Allen Dixon the 
bank manager of Fidelity Bank Nigeria PLC

We have in the Banks treasury some huge amount of unclaimed contract fund 
belonging to (late) Engineer. Peter Fox, a Canadian National who died in an 
auto accident in August 2001 with his wife and three children, along 
Aba/Portharcourt expressway, and has since been buried.

I was contacted by the Contract Claim Committee of the federation, regarding 
the contract sum of late Peter Fox that has been in our treasury for quite some 
time, amounting to US$18.6 million United States dollars. I am being faced with 
the responsibility of producing a next of kin of the deceased client, Engr. 
Peter Fox, for claim of the fund in question. In this regard I have made 
several contacts with the Canadian Embassy here in Lagos, for a possible trace 
of an extended family member of Engr. Peter Fox, but all efforts seems 
fruitless.

The Contract Claim committee has written with a treat of returning this huge 
deposit back to the Government treasury as unclaimed within the next 21 working 
days. But understanding the corruption in my country, I am of the believe that 
some senior staff of the C.C.C would want to take advantage and convert this 
fund for their personal use. I now seek your understanding and co-operation to 
act as next of kin to the deceased, so as to take claims of the deposit. I am 
willing to share this fund with you in the ratio, 50% for myself and 50% for 
your assistance. If you think you are capable of handling this kind of 
transaction, please do not hesitate to forward your interest to my secured 
email address below only, so as to enable me furnish you with my preferred 
modus oprandi/modalities for claims. I anxiously look forward to your swift
