You'll get very different results depending on your cipher
(in my performance tests for nmap I found that eNULL was
actually *SLOWER* than a few ciphers!) and the amount of
data you're sending (huge transfers depend more on the symetric
cipher, very small transfers depend more on the public key
cipher.)
