Log:
Starting a much better implementation for the "new style"
rpc bind of w2k3-sp1. the rpc_bind really contains a
bind-context thingy. So I've created the appropiate struct
and wrote the (un)marhsaller for it.

(This already works, I'm just not yet commiting the code,
that uses it.)
