To continue on the previous NT_STATUS_WRONG_PASSWORD ->
NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_USER move in netlogond:
Instead of looking for an existing unix user to check "map
to guest = bad user", we check directly for
NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_USER.
This helps in the "nosuchdomain\but-known-local-user with
wrong pw" problem if people set "map to guest = bad user".
