2.x Confs and Cert Paths: msg#00452network.openvpn.user
First, let me say that version 2.x with multi-client support on a single port, integrated dhcp services, and http proxy support makes OpenVPN ready for prime-time (at least for me). Will have to wait for stability and performance metrics to judge how well it plays in the big leagues. That said, I am unclear regarding configuration files. Is it accurate to say in a multi-client udp bridge TLS environment, only a single conf file is required on the server and that each client requires a user or machine specific conf file? Also, the certificate locations in the example conf files appear relative to the openvpn base directory. Can an absolute path (say /usr/share/ssl/certs/ ) be utilized? Thanks in advance. -- Raymond ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by Black Hat Briefings & Training.
