RFC-1929 Socks-5 Authentication for OpenVPN 2.0.7

Hello OpenVPN developers,

I'm not particularly active on this list, but I do use OpenVPN, and
recently had occasion to add RFC-1929 style Socks-5 authentication to
OpenVPN 2.0.7.

I have only tested this change with TCP-based tunnels on Linux, but it
should work anywhere the previous non-authenticating Socks-5
functionality worked.

I hope you find the attached patch useful and can integrate it into an
upcoming OpenVPN release.
