OpenVPN routing

Hi,
   I have two OpenVPN questions:
1) Does OpenVPN rely on Windows routing to forward traffic onto TAP adapter?  
2) Slightly off topic, can one route to network interface based on source rather than than destination in Windows?
3) If a machine had multiple network interface, how does the OpenVPN select which network interface to route traffic through?
