[opennms-devel] XMPP Notification Upgrade [BUG 1387]

This patch makes some updates to the XMPP notification system to allow
use of the GoogleTalk XMPP service. At present, GoogleTalk does not
support chat rooms, so the XMPPGroupMessage notification is still not
available for use with GoogleTalk.

This change required an upgrade of the Jive Software smack.jar and
smackx.jar files in order to have access to some newer XMPPConnection
constructor prototypes.

Please note that this change also includes a renaming of one of the
configuration parameters in xmpp-configuration.properties to avoid some
ambiguity between new and old parameters.
