RE: testing WIC1-DSU-T1 w/ Kentrox DSU

Verify framing, encoding, encapsulations on all nodes.
Verify timeslot assignments match on both ends.  Attempt HDLC encapsulation on 
both ends to help signal a timeslot map mismatch.
If Kentrox DataSmart, verify not software rev v1.51.  If v1.51, reset to 
defaults, retest.  Set the IP addressing on the unit, and load v1.52 before you 
next reset power to the unit.  BTDT
