AgentX regestering: msg#00324network.net-snmp.user
Hello all, An AgentX subagent has to register at the master agent with a (subtree of) MIB. But, what if the subagent will only send traps. I.e. has no objects with read or write access. Should/can it register part of the MIB containing traps only? If so, does it have to handle any form of get-request form the master agent (i.e. get and get-next requests)? Thanks in advance.
